Above: I cut the bottom part of the t-shirt as far up to the sleeves as possible to use as the sleeves on the blazer. Below:Then I measured the width of the blazer sleeve to get an idea of how wide the new neon sleeves should be.
I pulled the newly made sleeves over the inside of the blazer sleeve to the desired length. BTW I placed the finished side of the sleeve over the blazer sleeve and glued the neon sleeve onto the inside blazer sleeve. Let dry for 24 hours.
After turning the blazer back to the finished side this is how the neon sleeve looks from under the blazer.
And then I just rolled the neon sleeve up to get the finished look.
<<I measured the neon pieces to fit the sleeves of the blazer and cut into two pieces. I glued each piece together to form the sleeve that will attach to the blazer sleeve. Note: If you use the stitch witch it will have to dry for 24 hours so if you plan to wear your blazer right away you will of course want to sew it.
This is what the two neon sleeve pieces look like after being put together
After they dried completely I ironed the two pieces for a smooth finish before attaching them to the blazer sleeve.
I turned the sleeve of the blazer inside out to get them ready for applying the neon sleeves

Stay tuned to how I style the blazer. Thanks for dropping by!!
